Living with chronic pain is difficult. It is not only wearing on the body, but also on the mind and on the emotions of the person suffering from it. Although not in itself a treatment for problems such as depression or emotional mood swings, myofascial release is a good way to help people battling these problems since it is natural and does not carry any terrible side effects like drugs can.
